I've been to this vet clinic several times in the last 18 months and seen both Hollie and Donald. Despite requesting to see Hollie when booking my cats annual vaccine, when I turned up to the appointment we were booked to see Donald. This appointment with Donald was the worst experience I've had with any vet. He was extremely rough with my cat, pulling plaque off his teeth and making them bleed, no care that my cat was clearly extremely unhappy and frightened. Exceptionally kind and considerate team.
You know your puppy is in great hands when he loves visiting the vet, even after being desexed there! From the friendly receptionists, nurses and Dr Donald and Dr Tori who have treated Flynn over the past 6 months - he always has a fantastic experience. Everyone is very patient with my super excitable Flynn, they are very thorough, answer any questions and give excellent instructions on any aftercare required. Highly recommend!
