Disappointing consultation yesterday with Dr. Holly. Showed no confidence in handling an anxious border collie, rather than being calm and making an effort to put my dog at ease, the vet was somewhat dramatic. I am extremely angry and disappointed with this vet clinic and how they have handled my dog’s surgery. I took my dog here trusting their professional advice and agreed to a surgery that was expensive and stressful for both me and my pet. Before I agreed, I was explicitly told that if the surgery was not successful, any follow-up surgery would be done at at least half price.
