Disappointing consultation yesterday with Dr. Holly. Showed no confidence in handling an anxious border collie, rather than being calm and making an effort to put my dog at ease, the vet was somewhat dramatic. A routine annual vaccination visit became a stressful experience. Staff at reception were great..
