Dr Oksana Nesterenko was amazing. She explains the procedure every step of the way in such calm way. She also has some friendly chats to distract you...it's quite effective. She's a very thoughtful and gentle dr. I highly recommend the clinic.
I was able to access an appointment which I required somewhat urgently after fall. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Dr Vig, who I had not met before was delightful. She listened attentively, asked relevant, related questions, kept detailed notes, examined me most carefully and provided excellent advice and professional service.
