Great service (esp by representative Alex Maher!!). We've had commercial insurance with Albert Palancia Insurance Agency for a number of years. Overall they are good but now that we've worked with Alex Maher there for the last few years we would rate them as fantastic. Alex is lightening fast in response time and super thorough and always comes through when we need last minute help with COI documents for our clients.
