Still haven't received the results for tests I took in December. Had to find a new provider because I fell months behind in allergy immunotherapy and the office would give me no timeline for when I could resume, resulting in a major setback to my immunity (not to mention my bank account balance).
Absolutely the most unprofessional business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've called them for about 3 months straight now trying to make an appointment it's always their answering service nobody ever calls me back. The one time a woman did call me back she was very condescending on the phone and then they canceled my appointment an hour before I was supposed to be there. Dr. Hirdt saved my life. I was passing out from eating, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, and not from new foods or fancy foods. I felt awful. At my first visit, Dr. Hirdt sat and listened for an hour to my history, and based on that, diagnosed me with MCAS and started me on meds. I had every single symptom of MCAS, and was a textbook case. I had seen many MANY Dr's before Dr. Hirdt, trying to figure out why i felt so completely awful, and no one even mentioned MCAS. I was looking for a mast cell specialist and Dr. Hirdt is the only doctor that has been able to help me. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. This is a small office, not like other allergists in the area with multiple doctors and a huge staff. It might take a bit longer to get an appointment, but it is well worth the wait. All of the receptionists have been really nice and treat you like family.
Awesome staff, and Dr Hirdt is the best doctor you could talk to if you have MCAS.
