Zero stars! #worstmoveever hardly covers the unacceptable service by Albert Moving. Since this was a military move, I will also file my complaint with the Department of Defense to recommend this company be removed from the current and any future DoD contracts. We replied to an email on 20 JUL, asking for details on the delivery date so we could adjust our travel plans. We heard nothing back till I called them on 24 JUL, the day our truck was loaded. RUN, RUN, RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. If you take out their so called "insurance", it is not really insurance at all. They do not have a third party carrier for their "insurance", but rather SELF INSURE. Self insure means if you take out the "insurance" and your stuff gets damaged, AND OH IT WILL, you submit the claim to them, they deny 75% of the damage and send you a pathetic check.
