dr pondillo and the secretary said he would give me a formal written diagnosis, to treat me for severe anxiety, gorophobia, social anxiety, ptsd, when he called me on the phone...So we made a appointment. 20 min later the secretary called and stated he only treats people who already been diagnosed.....this does not make any sense???? I would rather them give me real answer then the one they gave me!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!! Extremely not professional.... not even a recommendation to get help. Stay away!!!
