The staff at the Front desk is unprofessional , their unprofessional conversations is tasteless. The (Spanish woman) not Gladys, the 1st clerk by the check in sign. Need to work on her people skills has a nasty attitude and not helpful. Warning if you are a (Walk in) go straight to the emergency room cause you will be seen faster there. 2 1/2 hrs waiting , why have a primary doctor when unprofessional behavior happens. Love Dr. Joseph, but Staff at the desk need training.
