I had the same exact experience as Bob did. My family waited years for him to execute my Aunt's will. We had to hire another lawyer to finish the job. We lost thousands of dollars. Of course, he took his share of my family's money immediately to get paid for a job he never completed. I found this lawyer and his staff to be extremely unprofessional.
Mr. Chase was assigned as executor to my fathers will. I had to hire an attorney to attempt to force him to distribute my inheritance, as he would not return my calls. This has been going on for YEARS. he has no reason not to - just refuses to return my calls and my attorney's calls. The attorney i hired took him to court and the judge said he had to distribute the funds; however, he only distributed part. My attorneys fees are over $7k so far. Do not trust this attorney with your money or important legal matter.
