I used their services for 4 years. When I called yesterday, they forced me to pay $10 to EMAIL a copy of my last years return. Teresa also mentioned, if I mailed in this years, it would be an additional $35 + their already inflated fees which nearly doubled in 2021. Teresa, one of the owners told me "If you don't like our prices, go somewhere else" and I did. Useful Funny Cool
