I came to Dr. Jen 9 years ago for a double eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) after being referred by my cousin who did the same procedure. Dr. Jen was personable, honest, and compassionate, and his fees are very reasonable. Years later, I am still very happy with my results and grateful that he took a conservative approach rather than a riskier, more drastic change that I had inquired about. The front desk is very impolite.
Call the office to inquire about a visit, they told me to pay $350 deposit up front because their ‘office visit’ included using tools for inspection, and they didn’t like my insurance company because they have to fight over it for claims. They refused me to just pay my copay and said i have to pay the deposit for any “office visit”. It sounded so ridiculous to me and I highly discourage anyone from going to this place.
