If I could give a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. I had an ENT visit with this doctor at the NYPQ Horace Harding location office, and it was hands down the worst medical experience of my life. The doctor showed zero empathy and was incredibly unprofessional. Throughout the entire appointment, he never even made eye contact or greeted us.
