In 1894, Albert Wagner opened his own business in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. As the city progressed through its first great expansion, Mr. Wagner worked with Frank Lloyd Wright, Louis Sullivan, John Maher, and others on churches, residences, and public projects. Many years of quality work followed. Albert J Wagner and Son repaired/painted the metal sheet work on our 130 year old building's bay windows and also fabricated new metal to cover additional bay windows that were originally wood. Their team was great to work with and we are happy with the results. We received several quotes and they struck the perfect balance between price and quality.
