I’ve been coming to Albert & Harold’s for more than half a year now, and up until recently I always had a great experience. Adam was professional, communicated clearly, and made me feel confident leaving my car there. Unfortunately, Adam is no longer there and my car was handed over to Kyle, and the difference in service has been absolutely unacceptable.
