⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Albert & Harold’s Auto Shop! The service was excellent, and everyone was professional, helpful, and honest. Kyle was especially great — he’s an amazing guy who took the time to explain everything to me, gave me great advice about my car, and made sure I understood what needed to be done without trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find an auto shop where you feel like you can actually trust the people working on your car, but I definitely got that feeling here. Gre... read more
We were on a road trip when we suddenly heard a terrible scraping sound under our car. It turned out the splash guard had come loose after an oil change the day before, where it apparently wasn't reinstalled properly. I believe the person who helped us was Kyle, and he was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, professional, and had us back on the road in no time. We really appreciated his help and would 100% recommend this shop.
Love Adam! He's super patient and understanding and I truly appreciate his integrity. And I am wholeheartedly appreciative of Kyle! He was so incredibly helpful with guiding me on what I should do about disposing my car, and I never once felt cheated or taken advantaged of, and that's incredibly important to me as a female driver. Thank you so much!
Very good service today for the vehicle state inspection. Kyle was very courteous, polite and professional. I would give a ten star rating if was possible. Thank you
