I’ve had two renters insurance policies through Albert. The first experience was smooth — the policy ran its full term with no issues. However, my second policy was extremely frustrating. Rates out the roof terrible customer service called to cancel policy after getting a way better quote with another insurance agency after 40 years of loyalty to state farm the young lady did not even ask why I was leaving she was just like ok ill cancel immediately 3 cars that were insured!!

Walked in and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and told me that an agent would call me back to further assist me and sure enough I did get the call from Maggie which she was a tremendous help she is very knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions and was able to get me started on a new policy. Maggie is very professional and I’m thankful she didn’t get annoyed with my million questions - she’s very patient ! Everything was handled over the phone including my payment on the new policy !
