Was trying to become a new patient. Left 3 messages and called 6 times. Nobody picked up and never returned any of my calls.
Dr. Ferrara cares and listens when you question him. He is a pleasure as is his staff
Can hardly ever reach the office by phone. If you do manage to speak to someone, they don't send prescription orders until 7PM and by then most pharmacies are closed. They don't respond to pharmacy requests for information or refills meaning you need to try and call again but almost never have phone calls answered. Go elsewhere.
