Dr. Frangas is great but the office staff does not answer the phone. This has been going on for years and it's very frustrating as a long time patient. I also wish they had a patient portal where you can access medical records and results.
I have been Dr. Ferrara’s patient for almost a decade now. Dr. Ferrara is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, accessible and caring. He is an excellent diagnostician and makes you feel at ease thanks to his ability to listen and understand you, the patient, as a whole person. Dr. Ferrara goes above and beyond to care for his patients with intelligence, integrity and professionalism. Great office as well.
