We went to see Dr. Johary today for the first time. After waiting for 40mins in the lobby with scheduled appointment, we inquired on delay only to be told that our valid up to date insurance could not be confirmed. After 40mins of waiting we were informed of that ???? Never seen such an unprofessional front-end care like that.
