4 years ago my primary care doctor of many years retired and his PA resigned shortly thereafter. I was at a loss to find a new pcp who was also convenient to my perimeter location. I soon found Dr Albert Johary and I couldn't have been more fortunate. He and his staff are tops. I've also recommended him to coworkers who are looking for competent medical professionals.
He can be a bit slow but is very thorough... the time waiting is worth the wait
Dr Johary has been our family doctor for 18 years. He is knowledgeable about our medical histories, even issues that are treated by other specialists. I am always impressed by how much he remembers and the advice he gives us during checkups that integrate our myriad issues. It is so reassuring to have a family doctor like him and to be able to get appointments in a timely manner.
I have been a patient of Dr Johary for 15 years. I have many health issues and specialists. Dr Johary is knowledgable of my overall health. I am grateful to work with him as a doctor who sees the whole person, not just a specialty case. I turn to Dr Johary first for many of my needs and for advice. If I have an immediate problem, his office tries to fit us in or make a recommendation for care. the office waits are long but I appreciate the time the doctor gives his patients.
I would recommend to everyone in need of a great primary doctor then they need to see Dr Johary the only thing that I can complain about is the waiting time but it’s worth it because he make sure you don’t leave until every question is answered and you feel comfortable. I was there for a cold today, he gave me 3 Prescriptions and five hours later I’m starting to feel better I’ve been seeing him for three years now.
I have been a patient with Dr. Johary for 18 years and gladly recommend Dr. Johary and his staff. Everyone at his Dunwoody office has always been very professional and courteous. They take the time to listen and have always done an excellent job of discussing all aspects of my visits over the years. They respect my time and work with my particular situation in regards to scheduling. You will be please with him and his staff.
Staff is only reasonably friendly. I felt rushed and like they were churning patients thru. Office is messy. Take a urine cup out of an old cardboard box and then you carry your urine cup down the hall to hand to someone. Lacks professionalism.
My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Johary....trying to get my husband in to see a doctor was like pulling teeth from a lion. But, after meeting with Dr. Johary, my husband was totally on-board. I appreciate his staff, the ladies, are great with patients, they all get an "A".....
He is one of the best physician's I have met in Atlanta.
