Their staff is friendly and helpful, not pushy. Great operations. Once you order the tiles you go to the back for delivery. It’s very efficient. Returns were easy. I got stocked tiles and no questions asked as long as they are in a full box and unopened. Samples are free to take home and there was a huge selection and display. Compared to another tile store I stopped which was manual and antiquated.
Didn’t have what I was looking for, but they helped me find it at another tile distributor close by. That’s great customer service! I’ll be back.
