I can’t say enough good things about Fitzgerald. I got all the tile for our three bathrooms + entryway here. They helped me every step of the way. I first worked with Shawn, and finished out the project with Kevin and they both couldn’t have been more patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Really glad I found Fitzgerald and will be using them for any tile needs in the future.
Their staff is friendly and helpful, not pushy. Great operations. Once you order the tiles you go to the back for delivery. It’s very efficient. Returns were easy. I got stocked tiles and no questions asked as long as they are in a full box and unopened. Samples are free to take home and there was a huge selection and display. Compared to another tile store I stopped which was manual and antiquated.
