My husband used to go to Dr. Chua but not anymore. He would be a great doctor if he had his own practice but the Harris health system makes him a one star doctor. No point in a good doctor if you can never schedule an appointment and if the front desk staff is useless. The wait time on the appointment phone line today was 9 HOURS and that was after calling all morning and being told by an automated message that they were too busy to answer, to call back later, and got hung up on.
