Dr. Chan was extremely rude and condescending when I was referred to him from another provider. He didn’t introduce himself and immediately said “I don’t understand why you’re here” in a very hostile manner. Within the first 3 minutes, I was in tears and offered to leave as he made it seem like I was a major inconvenience by being there. He made me feel so belittled and that my health condition is irrelevant although I have been out of work for 6+ months with multiple hospitalizations. Dr . Chan is extremly knowledgeable , and took the time to explain what my calcium score index meant , and what the course of action should be.My wife and I have complete confidence in him. If you need a Cardiologist he's it.
