I have been under the care of Dr. Lo for many years. He returns calls promptly, always has time to fit emergency appointments and always explains the medication he is prescribing in detail. He is high spirited and very fun to be around. Always lifts my mood and helps me push through any complications or issues i am experiencing in my life. I highly recommend him!
I was under this doctor and his partner APN Cindy Sundeen's "care." I put "care" in quotations, because there really was no care, whatsoever. I'll get straight to the point. 1) He couldn't even get my name right on prescriptions for controlled substances, 2) He talks about himself the entire appointment, so good luck getting a word in edgewise, and 3) I actually became addicted to a substance while under his care. What's his solution? Dropping me from his care. YOU be the judge.
Easy going, friendly doctor who listens. Great sense of humor. Very good and figuring out the best medications for the patient's situation.
Dr. Lo is personable, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He listens to you and is very informative.
