Complaint not so much about the Doctor but rather office procedures. Several months ago i passed out in a restaurant and was rushed to a pennsylvania hospital. Thankful nothing serious was discovered but was advised to follow up with personal care physician asap who would be doctor Busch. When i called for an appointment, they had nothing for a week available. I did not take it and went with a new doctor that took me in adap.
I love Dr. Buch. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to his patients. My mom who is 88 with dementia is treated with respect and understanding. We have both been going to him for years and couldn't be happier. His nurse is sweet and kind and so thoughtful as well. I highly recommend!!!
