I was extremely disappointed by the condition of this office. It was disorganized and visibly dirty. To make matters worse there were files in the hallway which were accessible to anyone walking by raising serious concerns for privacy and confidentiality. What I was mostly upset about is that I was refused entry into the exam room with my disabled mother.
