No one is answering phone! I usually get a call for renewal but no one has called me back and no one is answering phones! I had to search for new doctor th sad td accepting new patients
If you aren't going to answer the phone you should remove yourself from the medical marijuana list.
I didn't have a good experience with this office. It's my opinion that this practice is more of a business than having much regard for patient care. My interactions were only with Gloria who made several comparisons of my conditions, with individuals who have terminal cancer! I was told that individuals with terminal cancer were more in need than I was, and my conditions appeared to be minimized throughout our conversations. My experience with Dr. DeFranco has been exceptional. He was kind and knowledgeable about Marijuana. He took his time with me. Also the nurse was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this office if you are considering using Medical Marijuana. Very top notch.
