Truly worthless front desk staff. I call to make an appointment, they say they only take walk-ins. They say the walk-ins are for Tuesday and Thursday and can get taken up almost immediately so I should show up at 9am. I arrive 5 minutes before 9am to find that they've been open for who knows how long and I get one of the last slots. Even more confusing the clinic has like 4 signs saying, "No walk-ins/walk-ins are closed" at the front door and desk. They give an exact time to come back in the afternoon. Was a patient of Dr Micheal for years prior to Covid when he was practicing at Lakeview. He was a very caring and amazing doctor who made time to see me and make sure I was taken care of. We were blessed to have him as our family doctor and I thought he deserved a stress-free retirement. When I learned Lakeview closed and he moved here I assumed initially retired.
