I absolutely love this shop, it’s like a shop lost in time. It’s full of great quality items that you don’t get to see every day. I have purchased quite a few items from here since moving back, they are so lovely Mel is always friendly and helpful. There are some great gifts for Father’s Day if you want to buy something that will last for years to come. I saw the best measuring tape in a leather case, what an awesome idea. Stepping into this space truly felt like entering another world - one filled with love, light & happiness. I especially enjoyed seeing how thoughtfully curated each display was. This shop has such a good vibe with a really interesting collection of goods I could have bought the whole shop! The customer service was fantastic, it made me feel so welcome. Definitely worth a visit!!
The lady who was working in this shop today, was not in sight when I entered, so I began browsing. I was wearing noise cancelling headphones and listening to music, so my usual modus operandum is to make eye contact with the shop assistant and wave. When I looked up and saw a woman behind the counter shaking her head at me in disgust. I took my headphones off and asked, ‘is there a problem’.
