I have not been kept up to date with my case at all. This accident has changed my life forever. My mobility has been more than cut in and half. And am unable to any physical activities. I’m not sure why or how the defendant was able to sue my insurance and win .I was the the one that was rear ended at a complete stop and rear ended with the force enough to jolt my non moving vehicle almost 5 feet. I think I’m going to have to look for a different lawyer that can communicate efficiently in a timely manner. N.Eder
