Find A Better Option Yes they have a beautiful showroom and helpful sales people...but... They do not provide direct installation or service. You need to arrange installation with one of their recommended providers. Since we knew this up front I was aware of the installation cost and accepted that. (we purchased two log sets) BEWARE!
