Our family has dealt with Albers for many years. Our refrigerator broke down and I was panicking. Went in yesterday, spoke to Dave who did not try to upsale and had our new refrigerator this morning. The nicest installers, Mark and Tim, came to the house, kept everything clean! I highly recommend Albers for your appliance needs. They truly accomadated us in a time of need!! Thank you!!
Derek came and visited my property this morning and was able to diagnose that my fridge is pretty much dead at this point. And needs to be replaced. So that was good news for me that I can forward to my landlords, and he was very knowledgeable about questions. I had for him regarding my appliances, and I appreciate him answering all of them for me and taking the time to Teach me something new. Thaks Derek
