An “A” for AVOID. It’s a mystery as to how Albers Appliance survives. I visited the store this morning with kitchen appliance model numbers (and photos of the built-in appliances) intending to replace all my appliances. Only to be verbally assaulted by a septuagenarian who was not only unprofessional, disrespectful and inattentive but indolent to size the exact dimensions of the appliances based on the model numbers I had in hand for him. Albers will never earn my business or trust.
Our family and business (Alexander Apartments) has worked with Albers for over a decade. They are very loyal to customers and stand by their products. Many times all I have to do is pick up the phone and say who I am and they already know what appliance I likely need.
Our family has dealt with Albers for many years. Our refrigerator broke down and I was panicking. Went in yesterday, spoke to Dave who did not try to upsale and had our new refrigerator this morning. The nicest installers, Mark and Tim, came to the house, kept everything clean! I highly recommend Albers for your appliance needs. They truly accomadated us in a time of need!! Thank you!!
