What truly helpful and knowledge staff!! From the original phone call to the promptly returned call from their Salesman Dave. Dave is very knowledge and a professional salesman. Prices are very fair and competitive!! Delivery time was set up as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to deal with true professional sales people.

My mother and I have been clients of Albers for many years. A couple of weeks ago, I swung by the shop because I needed to swap out my washer and dryer, and Dan took care of me. One thing I do enjoy besides excellent service is a great sense of humor. Dan wasn't pushy, and he explained the differences between the major name brands that Albers carries and others they don't. Attention All, Do yourselves a favor and never deal with Albers Appliance for any of our appliance needs. Dan and Dave are the absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I purchased two Friedrich air conditioners through them, on the recommendation of my condo complex. One of the unit worked fine, the other unit was an out of box failure.
