Jeff installed our furnace and maintains it for us. Also, he recently serviced our gas hot water heater. He is efficient in his work and pleasant. He helps us by giving advice on our equipment, how often to service it or replace it. On Aug 24 Jeff serviced our furnace - because he recommended that it should be done annually. Also, he showed us what the inside looked like before, and after the cleaning. Absolutely horrible outfit. Tried numerous times to get in contact. The rude lady on phone..puts us on hold ,then never comes back. Then hangs up. We've tried now two days. Thank god The Comfort Group came to our rescue right away. There much better and fast. O waits. Plus much much cheaper than Alberni Valley. Save your time and money and get ahold of the wonderful people at the Comfort group
