Very happy with our heat pump servicing done annually by our favorite tech. James is thorough, pleasant, tidy and efficient! Highly recommend.
The service man who came to check my fireplace was excellent! He took the time to explain how he had made it more able to clean clearly and efficiently. He also fixed the wall switch which was a bit to hard to flip.......and all the while he just kept chatting quietly and with a smile. Totally recommend him to any and all custormers!!!

The purchase, installation were one of the best purchase experiences the installation team Lawson and Zack were very helpful in helping us ( two seniors) understand how the new system worked and the advantages over the old system. I wouldn't hesitate in recommnding AVR to anyone and these 2 excellent guys who installed our new Carrier heat pump
