Alberni Valley Refrigeration has wonderful staff members, and over the past four years Cameron and Drew have taken care of the servicing of my gas Furness and heat pump. They were both very efficient, excellent workers and charming. I have every confidence that my appliances are in excellent hands. I also thank the company for their immediate and excellent response when I awoke to find I had no heat recently. Their service is very much appreciated.

I read a lot of good reviews before I hired Alberni Refrigeration, perhaps gas fireplaces are not their forte. My fireplace is 11 years old and has worked flawlessly under Tilley maintenance. Alberni Refrigeration came in for maintenance and it has not worked properly since. The billing was confusing, and in the end, twice as much as was originally quoted. Excellent service. The fellow was a pleasure to interact with. I was interested in his work installing my hot water tank, and he seemed happy to explain things to me. I will definitely use this service again.

Lawson is a very experienced technician. He was thorough and did a fantastic job and provided us with good advice on the replacement filter for the HRV and the furnace in terms of its life cycle. We were so pleased that he found the parchment paper lying on the return air duct. He checked the outdoor unit from A to Z, making sure everything was in order and tied in well with the breakers.
