Fantastic gym, in great condition and always clean. coaches are fantastic in teaching someone new to this sport like myself.
Best decision i made was to try crossfit! I have done bootcamp, pilates, yoga, hiitt, but this is by far my favorite, its a great workout The coaches are motivating and everyone is so supportive and positive! Give it a try you wont regret it!
I was so intimidated to try CrossFit but I gave it a try and the coaches at Alberni Valley CrossFit are so supportive and encouraging! They altered the exercises to accommodate an injury I have and made sure I got an amazing workout while stay safe. If you are thinking about trying CrossFit do it!
Alberni Valley CrossFit has such a welcoming community of people. I dropped in for a WOD while visiting Port Alberni and absolutely loved it. Whether you are new to CrossFit, or have experience in the sport, the group here will make you feel at home.
Every time I visit Port Alberni I am welcomed into the CrossFit community. AVCF offers great workouts with lots of variety and modification when needed. Gabby gives excellent feedback and cues to allow me to perform at my best. Highly recommend you visit Alberni Valley CrossFit!!
