Started CrossFit in July 2023 and I don’t have one single regret! Knowledgeable instructors, great people and inclusive atmosphere. I have always been interested in CrossFit but never lived in a place that had a CF gym. The best part is that all the movements are scalable and adaptable for your fitness level. 🥰

Update – 2 years later: Still loving this gym. It’s clear how much pride and care goes into maintaining the space, and there’s always something new—challenges, events, or goals to work toward. I can't recommend AVCF enough. The coaches are incredibly professional and supportive, they genuinely care about helping you reach your goals safely and effectively. But what really sets this place apart is the community. I've made genuine friends here, and that sense of belonging keeps me coming back. Best place! The community is amazing and the work outs kick your butt! Great monthly challenges to keep things fun as well. So happy there’s a CrossFit gym in port and they cater to all skill levels
