We were driving here from Calgary for a wedding and coming up the hump my car started missing firing and the dashboard lit up. We managed to make it to the dealership at 4pm on a Friday. Samantha and Austin were amazing. They were able to get me in right away and diagnose the problem, fix it and get me on my way . Thanks to both of them my stress level dropped and will be able to make the wedding. I would 100% recommend going to this dealership. Thanks again, from the Maldaners.

Service at Alberni Toyota goes above and beyond. Samantha and her staff helped in getting an older pickup truck serviced and roadworthy to drive back to Ontario. Not being a Toyota product but serviced as if it was, is without saying that they care for all at the same level. They inspect, recommend options and follow through with professional results.
