We were recommended to check out Alberni Power & Marine for our first outboard, and we’re so glad we did. From the first emails to visiting the store, everything was a great experience. Nick, the Sales Manager, helped us pick the right motor for our boat. He’s super patient, friendly, and knows his stuff. Even a couple years later when we had a small issue with a part, the team got us fixed up and back on the water quickly. Big thanks to Nick, Dave, Julian, Devin, and the rest of the team.
I am very satisfied by my recent purchase of a mercury outboard motor from Alberni Power and Marine. Brad was very knowledgeable on the product I purchased and it was delivered to me efficiently. Most of all there was excellent after sales support and I have never been into their store. I will be very confident in ordering products from them in the future and receiving after sales support should I need it.
Brad and his team go above and beyond! My husband is a commercial marine operator in Barclay sound and they always provide exceptional and efficient work on anything we ask, to keep him on the water. We are beyond grateful to him and his team! Highly recommend them for any sales or service.
I have been in the service industry for 45 plus years and still am and understand the importance of customer care, Alberni Power and Marine came out on a Mobil Service Call to me in French Creek replacing a warranty issue and fixing a fresh water wash down pump issue when I needed it done. Amazing service and knowledge, Nick set me up with a new Merc to suit my needs, took time to talk me through and select the right prop for my specific boat hull and made the whole process stress free and easy....he even helped me unpack my new Merc and ram it into the back seat of my wife's car....because I'm that type of guy who doesn't think about the size of the box....anyways I'm thrilled with my new purchase and now I have a new favorite marine shop....thanks Nick!
