I have contacted this business a couple of times for different reasons and have been completely impressed with the response time, pricing and exceptional customer service. Alicia has been a great help and is knowledgeable and efficient. I could not get any information or help locally so I had to search out a place four provinces away but it was certainly worth it! If I could give 10 stars I would.

We were recommended to check out Alberni Power & Marine for our first outboard, and we’re so glad we did. From the first emails to visiting the store, everything was a great experience. Nick, the Sales Manager, helped us pick the right motor for our boat. He’s super patient, friendly, and knows his stuff. Even a couple years later when we had a small issue with a part, the team got us fixed up and back on the water quickly. Big thanks to Nick, Dave, Julian, Devin, and the rest of the team.

I am very satisfied by my recent purchase of a mercury outboard motor from Alberni Power and Marine. Brad was very knowledgeable on the product I purchased and it was delivered to me efficiently. Most of all there was excellent after sales support and I have never been into their store. I will be very confident in ordering products from them in the future and receiving after sales support should I need it.

Brad and his team go above and beyond! My husband is a commercial marine operator in Barclay sound and they always provide exceptional and efficient work on anything we ask, to keep him on the water. We are beyond grateful to him and his team! Highly recommend them for any sales or service.

I have been in the service industry for 45 plus years and still am and understand the importance of customer care, Alberni Power and Marine came out on a Mobil Service Call to me in French Creek replacing a warranty issue and fixing a fresh water wash down pump issue when I needed it done. Running my own business Guiding with my boat I understand that down time is not acceptable and the crew at APM are always there for me when needed. Thanks Guys you always “Go Boldly “
