I purchased a vehicle here recently and can’t express how wonderful Shane, Mikala, and Chelsea made the whole experience! The service and parts team were great as well. I live out of town, but it was definitely worth the drive for their excellent service. I will be going there for everything I need in the future even though I live only 5 minutes away from a similar dealership.Thank you all again! See you at my first service appointment.

Had quite the experience with the parts guy Dave Croteau, never before have I been ordered in the wrong part and then told I was stuck with it, after a good argument about it and how it wasn’t fair I was being stuck with it over a part they confirmed was correct for the vehicle good guy Dave decided to take it back but only if I paid the restocking fee for his mistake. What a joke this place and this “manager” is. Good business practice fellas

Had amazing service here at Alberni Chrysler Mikala was a huge help with teaching my husband & I with the different features the team and Manager were also amazing we purchased a 2024 dodge hornet & are very happy with it 👍
