Be careful with getting service done here. In my experience, I feel like they rush and assume a lot when presented with problems more complicated than oil changes and tire rotations. This has caused me to incur more costs to repair my vehicle than what they provided to me in their documentation by. Be very clear about what you expect them to look at and don't let them wave their hand and tell you "It's probably because of something else..." without ensuring they looked into it properly. These service techs squeezed us in and quickly fixed an issue on my hubby’s pickup that was perplexing my husband and another mechanic. Service fee was more than fair, and they were super friendly.
After a year of owning my 2020 Rebel, the dealership called me almost daily for a month to beg me to sell them back my truck under the promise of lower payments and a couple grand in my pocket.
