I drive a Honda Fit which I love more then I should after owner it for around 10 years or so. I actually felt bad dropping my truck off to be detailed in the condition I let it get to. The inside was dirty, dusty and had muddy paw prints everywhere from my dog. The outside was dirty and had a lot of Vancouver Island pinstriping ( scratches). Jamie did an amazing job on the entire truck, it looked light a new truck when I got it back. I had a horrible experience at Toyota Autospa. I brought my car in to get detailed a week ago. I had booked the appointment a couple weeks prior, I dropped it off prior to opening hours as I had to work, as this was discussed during appointment booking. A guy named James booked my appointment, he gave me a call after drop off saying I'm not in the system and didn't have an appointment, despite him being the one to book me in. Very pleased with the detailing we had done on our 2017 Chevy Volt. I used to do all the interior cleaning on our vehicles but as some of my mobility has declined the past few years, having this done for us has been the preferred option. Also wanted to particularly mention staff members James and Mikayla who handled the appointment coordinating and cleaning since we are in the Parksville area but have family members in Port Alberni. Will definitely bring our next vehicle here.
