And for those who have already started the process and waiting excessively don’t be afraid to go to small claims court right on Dutton Mill Road in Aston. I’d like to give this company zero stars! Please whatever you do DO NOT use this company. Allen requires payment in full prior to any services rendered. It’s been over a year since ordering a headstone that has yet to be delivered. Zero communication from him - all inquires were initiated by me and I was always provided with an absolutely ridiculous reason why things weren’t done.
