I obtained a formal court judgment against the owner after a two-year ordeal involving breach of contract, damage to my family's monument, failure to obtain a required cemetery permit despite my payment, and a bounced settlement check. Horrible experience twice now. Horrible customer service. Do not go here. Alan, the owner strings you along doesn’t return phone calls… it he sure cashes your check! It’s disgusting that somebody would take advantage of people in the worst time of their lives. I don’t leave a lot of reviews like this and wouldn’t if I didn’t feel so strongly.
