I've been very pleased to meet Dr. Alber so far. I wish I had come sooner. I've been hearing things through cotton for over 20 years. When the hearing aids are not in, I don't hear people or the TV as well or at all. I didn't even realize all the things I have not been hearing. I love Lisa's approach, lending demo hearing aids to show her patients what they have been missing. The programming process is truly facinating and state of the art!! Great driving directions and ample parking. The receptionist was very nice and professional. My exam went well and I felt comfortable and the instructions were easy to follow. Filling out the online forms saved me a lot of time in the office. Everyone Made me feel welcome and The procedures were explained as well as my hearing results with good follow up instructions.
