The audiology assistant was able to look in my ears and tell me exactly what I needed for an appointment! She did this on the spot and I did not have an appointment, but she was very helpful and I thank her for such prompt attention to my needs.
A wonderful, caring place full of excellent professionals and staff. So glad they are here in Greenfield.
Lisa Alber is very thorough, efficient, and kind. Went to the office expecting to need a new set of hearing aids and left with my existing hearing aids working better and only a $40 fee for a hearing test. Lisa has also listened to important things in my life and given me specific settings for birdwatching and listening to music on my aids. Can’t praise her and her equally delightful office staff enough.
