I signed up for the "Thrive after 55" classes A few weeks ago. I was only able to go to my second class today because I was out of town. The classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I will only be able to go to the Monday and Friday classes. My first class was on a Monday where calisthenics were done. You can bring light weights to this class.
