If there were a zero I would have chosen it! His staff was rude. While i was late due to not being able to find it and had driven over an hour to get there, and stopped at 3 other places ....I still should have had about 20 min left on my appt... she went back to ask him if he could see me for remaining time. No! She took too much pleasure in telling me No as well! Not even an offer to rebook me soon. Nothing! And in front of the other people sitting in lobby! They are pathetic.
