Driving behind their truck with trailer on 24/27. Taillights out, brake lights out as well. I pull up beside them to tell them and I receive a middle finger from the passenger. I keep moving in right lane and merge over to left towards Badin. They proceed to tailgate me and blast their horn. Luckily I caught the name on the door of the truck.
