I was sent to Albemarle Health and rehab after spending 35 days at the UVA after a bad car crash.I spent 1 and 1/2 months at the rehab.I did do some therapy and was helping me to walk again.The therapists were exelent.The place is not sanitary.no soap in restrooms to wash hands.No washclothes or towels to take showers.They never wiped off trays or armrests in rooms.a few of the nurses were rude only 3.
