After a bad experience at another hearing aid provider I was sent here and it was truly a great experience! Brie got to know and understand my hearing needs and went far beyond what I had expected! I am looking forward to my fitting and on to better hearing!
I wasnt expecting much since we used the free offer from Audionova for a hearing test. However, Brie was professional, respectful and very caring. Explained things clearly and thoroughly. I felt like she had our best interest at heart. It was a worry free process. I am so thankful for Brie and Audionova and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I didn't have high expectations since this was a free exam scheduled through a fb popup ad, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I had a great experience with Brie at Next Level Hearing. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. She gave me printed results right away, explained them very thoroughly, went over all my options, and sent me home with a set of hearing aids to try for a week.
