Scam
Called and requested service. Paid $70 and got a date and time for service. Never showed. Contacted representative who said he called to say that no one was in the area. No record that he called. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
Not dependable. They sent a person out twice and is still not fixed. Now the person that was suppose to fix it will not answer phone calls. They did refund the $59.99 but the other $60.00 for parts and labor they would not refund.
DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!! I cannot express that enough. I paid $270 to get my refrigerator repaired at the beginning of October, it is now November and it’s still not fixed. He came out and said he repaired the fan but it wasn’t. I contacted them back and he came back said I just needed a new fan and he would order one and call me in 2 days and I didn’t hear from him in at least a week.
