I was checked in at 4900 packers ave guard shack 27. Older lady with gray hair. The guard shack attendant was extremely slow and unprofessional. What should have been a quick and routine interaction turned into an unnecessarily long wait because the attendant seemed completely uninterested in doing their job efficiently.
