A few weeks ago I was looking for a specific car, and I found it online at Albatrans, I wouldn’t say this is the first time I bought something online without knowing if it was actually worth it. But I I did, Drove over an hour to the dealership and the car was more than worth it. Tony & Freddie were both very helpful & knowledgeable, gave me several options on how to get the vehicle and when I got there everything was as simple as 1,2,3 from the test drive to the paperwork. Thank you guys!!!!!!!
Looked at two BMWs there, one had a flat tire, wouldn’t start, wouldn’t accelerate under heavy load and shook in idle. The other one had 77k miles and he said no issues, in the test drive in went into emergency limp mode and wouldn’t accelerate. Be careful.
Didn’t purchase a vehicle but the customer service was TOP NOTCH! Very friendly and completely honest about vehicles!
Went to call an get information on a car the guy over the phone was quick to catch an attitude when I was asking about fees then he started making up fees and telling me I would need to have more than 1600 out the door for fees that didn’t make any sense
