Always respectful and helpful staff. They are so nice when I have questions and encouraging during our visits. My daughter brings her cat from over an hour away because of the professional and friendly manners of everyone there. So thankful they are a few minutes away.
Called them in desperation last Friday June 12 as my dog was bleeding out I need help. Receptionist was very cold and matter of fact telling me they were not taking new clients and refused to help me.. I live 5 minutes away and yes my dog died. Never been treated so cold at a clinic in my entire life. I wouldn't support this place in any fashion. They owe my dear dog a big apology! Shame on you for being so cold!!
I’ve taken all of my pets to Albany Veterinary Clinic before Dr. Dave and Dr. Lisa took over. They both are very kind and compassionate. I moved to Yorktown and took my Bella to another vet because it was closer. Big mistake! I will never do that again! I feel very confident my animals are getting the best care and compassion around. They know me and my pets. It’s worth the 30 minute drive! The staff is equally kind and helpful. Keep up the long tradition of great animal care!

Yes, many of my pet sitting clients use Albany Vet Clinic and they always have positive things to say about the care their pet receives.
When a pup comes in with all of the set of 3 puppy shots given.....they go ahead and start ANOTHER set of puppy shots, for whatever reason......to me, it is nothing but a money grab and they, as Vets should be thinking of the puppy getting all of those extra vaccines into their body that can affect their immune system.....but then they'll be there to give their Vet service for the dog with the compromised immune system.....then need to look up Dr Jean Dodds who is foremost in immunology and maybe read more before giving thes... read more
