One of the best vet clinics we have ever dealt with. We had to have our Jenni girl euthanized because of declining health and they staff were extremely thoughtful and caring. The room was beautifully set up with a nice cozy atmosphere. After all was said and done we received a card in the mail that each one of the team wrote kind words. Thank you
We unfortunately had to take our dog in for euthanasia. It was a devastating day and we were very upset. When the vet came in she asked us what was wrong with our dog; we told her he has cancer and the only thing she asked was ask why we would take our dog to another vet. She did not explain the process (this was done over the phone). She just took our dog to the back and brought him back with the IV. This is the only clinic I go will to for my cat onion. Every time I come it’s such a pleasant experience as everyone here is super welcoming. The staff and team that work here actually care about your furry friend and it is definitely noticeable. If you are looking for a place to trust you found it.
We sadly had to euthanize our 16 year old Min Pin and I just have to say that the staff at Albany Veterinary Clinic made this devastating day just a touch more tolerable. When I came in with our pup we were greeted with empathy for the situation. We were then taken into a private room, the staff had arranged the room to have a fluffy blanket on the table, a candle, a vase of white flowers, just to commemorate the significance of the moment. A huge thank you to Dr. Cecilia and her whole staff! They were able to see my dog quickly and with such caring. I am so grateful to them for everything they did for my little sweetheart I will never forget!
