Albany Subaru is a dream come true in automobile service! They are exceptionally professional in every way, and honest, as they never try to sell you something you don't need. I am glad they're there.
Service was excellent as in the past.
My only complaint is that I was told that the vehicle would be in your custody until 5 p.m., then at 10:30 a.m. I got a call saying it was ready. i had to rework my schedule for the day. Accurate info would be appreciated.
Didn’t provide a loaner car until after 5 days. Poor communication. Made us pay for service that’s covered by warranty and we’re still running into obstacles to get reimbursed.
Service is quick and convenient. I dropped my car on my lunch break and the courtesy shuttle gave me a ride back to work and then picked me up after work, so I can return to pick up my vehicle free it was finished. My vehicle was completed in about an hour, if had the time to wait.
