Had an great experience at this Subaru Service Center thanks to Alan Poon. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent about what my car needed. They kept me updated via text/phone throughout the day and didn't try to push any unnecessary upsells. It is hard to find auto service centers you can completely trust, Suburu in Albany made the whole process stress-free. I will definitely be back!
Another great experience! I dropped in at Albany Subaru Saturday at 8am to get my 6,ooo mile oil & filter change and tires rotated. Great service at the desk very polite and courteous. I was taken in right away and once service was completed, a review of the findings from the Multi- Point Inspection was explained to me. No headache or hassle. Great service and professionalism. Also received coupon discounts on parts and labor. What a great day.
