Easily the best gym in Albany for any strength or physique sport. All-around great place to lift for newbies to seasoned lifters. They have everything you need: Olympic bars (20 and 15 kg), bumpers, platforms, power bars, squat bars, deadlift bars, ample power racks, competition-standard half racks, sandbags, logs, all the classic machines, and more. They community is super supportive and a it's perfect place for anyone trying to get strong.
Greatest gym in Albany New York. With positive vibes and some serious Professional lifters and athletes. This gym has all the properties of free weights to advance in any area that you are trying to improve. Body building, power lifting, sports and mind conditioning. I love that they have a health store with a variety of products. The price is unbelievable, with pay for a day pass or monthly or a year.
