Ridiculous. I accept that with swimming lessons going on there is only a 15m stretch for lane swimming. I just want to practice underwater swimming for snorkelling. I was told that I was was not allowed to hold my breath for 15m underwater. I know not to hyperventilate before diving, that's what causes trouble, but there was no negotiating. I won't be back. Waste of money and time.
