I'd set up a massage appointment for my birthday earlier this month, my mother in law had a massive heart attack and we had to drive to Los Angeles unexpectedly. I tried for 2 days to cancel or postpone the appointment. Tim at the front desk hung up on me repeatedly and refused to budge, and they charged me for a massage I could not make. Be warned, these folks do not allow for cancellations, and their customer service is terrible. Used to be a regular customer, never ever again.

I am only in charge of the social media page (not the owner) but wanted to note that the website does state "All appointments will be considered final sales and may not be changed or cancelled". Cannot beat the Saunas! Been to many spa's in many countries & I still come back here for my Sauna!
This place is priceless and definitely one of a kind!
I got a staph Infection here! Beware! On top of it some jerk sent me a message on Facebook trying to tell me my story was untrue.
