I had taken out a 7 yr. on site repair warranty. Last month I had to actually request my first repair. Our refrigerator had quit working suddenly. Since we are set up in an RV park 62 miles from our home and over 100 miles from Albany Rv we called Albany RV to request service. We were told as of 2 yrs ago we no longer service on site, that we would have to take our camper off site and bring it down to them. That is impossible to do. Horrible management to do business with. I negotiated a net purchase price for a new RV in June with a deposit and a formal purchase order signed by myself and the sales manager. When it finally arrived in October they had me sit down to make the final arrangements and they presented me with a new purchase order with a substantial extra fee added. Worst experience ever. I gave them a deposit on a unit. They were supposed to get it fixed and ready, after 2 weeks they said I had to pay for unit first then they would do the repairs. NEVR DEAL WITH THEM HERE,

I worked there and they cut corners on units and treated its workers like slaves. They treated customers not as bad as its workers but very close. Make sure to really look at your unit you plan on buying before signing anything.
